The house is designed to hold both connection and privacy. Shared living spaces invite long meals and unhurried conversations. Bedrooms offer comfort and quiet. Outdoor areas provide space to walk, reflect, or sit beneath open sky.

Mornings begin with natural light moving across the hills. Coffee is taken slowly. Plans are optional rather than necessary.
Days may include exploring nearby lakes and vineyards, visiting Cromwell or Wanaka, or remaining entirely on the land. Evenings settle gently, whether gathered around the table, in the garden, or simply resting.
The atmosphere encourages presence rather than activity.
Imrama accommodates up to 12 guests across five bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Each room is fitted with Super King Zip Sleephead beds, allowing flexibility for couples or shared stays. The 20 metre swimming pool is available from November to March, offering refreshment during warmer months.
The layout allows guests to gather comfortably while still finding personal space when needed.
